The Wales Air Forum whenever possible and appropriate will provide a representative to attend an event. Each invitation received will be evaluated on an individual basis and maybe declined due to other commitments.
A representative can be provided to attend an event either as a guest, speaker or award presenter free of charge however a minimum notice of one month has to be given.
When promoting the event we would appreciate if the Wales Air Forum is mentioned in the promotion.
The Wales Air Forum provide independent comment on aviation matters throughout Wales and will always make every effort to provide a representative for an interview whenever possible and appropriate. Advance notice should be given as we may not be able to provide a representative at short notice.
Our preferred method of interview would be a recorded interview via telephone however live face to face interviews and live telephone interviews can also be arranged on request.
We also provide written interviews for newspapers and magazines.
If the Wales Air Forum are unable to provide a representative to assist in an interview we will do our best to give an explanation but are not obliged to do so.

The Wales Air Forum accepts invitations for our representatives to sit on panels, committees or boards and each invitation received will be accessed on an individual basis.
During the invitation process we ask that you provide the Wales Air Forum with as much details as possible including information on your organisation and dates/times of when panel, committee or board meetings take place.
Using the information provided during the invitation, the Wales Air Forum will then consult with our representatives to select an individual that would best suit your requirements.
