Began my career in Tour operating in 1966 with Hourmont School Travel and then moved to their tour operating side. When I started CWL was positioned on the south side !!

Have held senior management posts with Clarksons Holidays, Red Dragon Travel, P & O Air Holidays, John Cory Travel, Kestours and Travel Management Group. With these companies I was responsible for major tours and trade missions for many important companies and sports organisations including WRU, FAW, Welsh Office, Crawshay's Welsh RFC, BBC National Orchestra and Arsenal Football Club. I have also been fortunate to accompany all these tours on a world-wide basis ensuring that all the arrangements ran smoothly.

I have also been involved with destination marketing for Cardiff and Wales and have done so in North America and the Far East and also sat on the overseas marketing group of the Irish Tourist Board.
